Wood Partners, a national leader in the development and acquisition of multi-family properties, recently closed on a new property located in the heart of the planned 650-acre community of Cooley Station in Gilbert, Arizona. When completed, the new community – Alta Cooley Station – will include 248 apartment homes comprising of studio, one, two and three bedroom floor plans. This community is expected to open in the first quarter of 2022.
