A new iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac are great, but what really puts them over the edge are the cool accessories that come with them. For iPhones, this can be a premium case or a MagSafe smart charger. For other products, it can be a nice AC adapter that can power your device in a snap.
The gadgets listed below are not unique as they are the first of their kind. It’s quite the opposite. Most chargers, watch straps, mounts and other products are extremely common. The difference is that articles bring a fun, smart, or simple perspective to an existing category. This makes them irresistible in many ways. But sometimes it’s also the colors or the design that you can’t look away from. In case it’s not clear, not all products are exclusively designed for Apple products. As always, prices shown may fluctuate over time.
Shargeek Retro 35W GaN Charger
The Shargeek Retro 35W GaN charger is smaller than the AC adapter that comes with a MacBook Air, by default, but it will charge your computer faster. The classic-looking Mac charger delivers 35 watts of power and will tell you how fast it’s charging based on the color it lights up. If you don’t care about the smiling Mac face on the device screen, you can replace it with one of the other included stickers.
It may only have one USB-C port, but this charger lives on my desk and in my travel bag because it’s so much fun. It works for my laptop, iPad, and whatever else I need it for.

With technology products, function almost always trumps form. In the case of Courant’s Mag:2, however, the equation is altered. Whether it’s your desk or the kitchen counter, sometimes you need great looking equipment that doesn’t look utilitarian. The Mag:2 is a top-mounted MagSafe charger that operates at 7.5 watts with iPhones 12 and later. The second bottom charger is 5 watts and is for AirPods or another Qi-enabled device.
Courant is known for its bedside wireless chargers that prioritize fashion over cutting-edge technology. Its latest MagSafe product line continues this trend, allowing people to place these devices in more places around their homes because they are no longer bothered by the appearance of an ugly charger.

Nomad Ultra Orange Sport Band
One of the defining elements of the Apple Watch Ultra is its orange action button. If you want the biggest smartwatch Apple has ever sold, you can’t escape the orange color of its Digital Crown or Action button. And if you want to take the aesthetic a step further, Nomad has a new Sport Band in Ultra Orange.
I tried the Nomad Sport Band, and it was great. The rubbery material felt nice to the touch and fitted well around my wrist. Orange adds a splash of personality that matches the bold features of the Ultra. But even if you don’t have Apple’s largest Watch, this new band will also work with its 45-millimeter-series models.

Bellroy Bio Phone Case
Every year I throw away an iPhone case because it doesn’t fit the latest model phone. Instead of throwing the case away, Bellroy found a better solution: a compostable case. The Bio Phone case is designed to break down in about six months without any toxic residue. The company says the case is made from a “bio-based polymer, mixed with bamboo stains for texture.” I like the idea of throwing my old phone case in the dirt instead of the trash.

smart cable maker
The Smartish Cable Wrangler magnetically prevents cables from slipping off a table or moving around. When I first got it on my desk I thought it was interesting but had no idea how useful it would be in practice. After a while, it turned out to be necessary in everyday life. My most common use has been to unplug my connected laptop and attach the Thunderbolt cable to it so it doesn’t slip off the table. The Cable Wrangler will work with any cable and comes with small magnetic attachments.

Shargeek Storm2 Slim
Much like the retro Shargeek charger above, the Storm2 Slim portable battery not only looks good and visually interesting, but it’s also fully functional. The power bank has a screen to show charging speed, internal temperature, and even a timer to record how long a device has been charging.
It only took me a moment to fall in love with its transparent case, which allows you to see all the components inside. The Storm2 Slim has a USB-A port and a USB-C port. It has a capacity of 20,000 mAh, which should be enough to charge your iPhone about four times. It is also safe to bring airplanes.

Belkin 5K Plus Wireless Magnetic Power Bank Holder
When your phone runs out of power but you’re not near a wall, a magnetic battery can stick to the back of an iPhone 12 and later models to fix the problem. The Belkin Wireless Power Bank 5K Plus Magnetic Stand adds a small but important touch with its retractable kickstand. It can hold an iPhone vertically or horizontally so you can continue video calling or finish streaming your TV show. The power bank operates at a speed of 7.5 watts and supports pass-through charging.

This docking station has its ports on the side, so you no longer have to reach out to find them on the back of the computer. Nomadic leather case for Siri remote control and AirTag
AirTag is Apple’s small Bluetooth tracker that helps you keep tabs on your stuff. Most holders for the product clip onto bags or are for keychains. The Siri Remote and AirTag Leather Case reduces this all-too-common use and helps you avoid losing your Apple TV remote.
From the outside, this cover appears to be meant to protect the remote from damage, but inside it secretly contains an AirTag. Why does this actually work? Because AirTag uses a U1 chip to get an accurate location, within a few centimeters, so you can find a remote hidden in sofa cushions. More than tracking, the case makes the remote much more comfortable to hold and use.
