The goal of the bright decor and art, music, craft cocktails and cuisine is to stimulate the senses of each guest, said Andres Monroy, co-operator of MoonMat, adding that Crudos Art House Coral Gables is the next logical step.

“The art, the food, the drinks, the music, the design, everything has to work in harmony to create an overall experience,” he said. “The opening of Coral Gables is not the opening of a third in the family of Crudos concepts. It’s an evolution of what we started at Wynwood.
