TORONTO, ON/ACCESSWIRE/May 13, 2022 / CCL Industries Inc. (TSX: CCL.A and CCL.B) (“the Company”), a global leader in specialty labeling, security and packaging solutions for global enterprises, government institutions , small businesses and consumers, announced the voting results of its 2022 annual meeting of shareholders held on May 12, 2022 (the “Meeting”). A total of 11,240,092 Class A Voting Shares representing 95.08% of the issued and outstanding Class A Voting Shares of the Company were voted on at the Meeting. All matters before the meeting, including the election of eleven (11) directors, the appointment of an auditor of the Company and the authorization of the directors to fix the remuneration of such auditor were approved as indicated in the file filed by the Company on www.sedar.com.
